Product Description

The inserts are widely used in injection plastic manufacturing of notebook computer, mobile phone and vehicle interior. The material accord with RoHS standard.

The insert is added four slots and a cross type spreader. When the screw is assembled, the spreader will be drived along the slots and the insert will be expanded. Because of the full and sharp knurls, the insert can be fixed in the plastic tightly.

We can produce inserts according to customer's drawing and requirement. We can control quality according to AIAG standard.
